Welcome to Ms. Fed’s English class.  I’m looking forward to a great year of learning.  This year is divided up into 4 basic units:

3. ★Response to Literature
   

4. ★Persuasive
   

During the course of our study we will be doing the following:

1. ➡Reading short stories, novels, plays, poetry, essays, articles, etc.
   

2. ➡Writing essays, an original short story (7th) or play (8th), articles, poetry, journals, friendly/business letters, etc.
   

3. ➡Learning many of the rules of grammar, spelling & punctuation.
